MapleChem provides specialty chemicals for research, development, and commercial use. All products are sold under the following conditions:

• Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Product specifications are subject to change without notice
• Purity levels and quantities are as specified in the Certificate of Analysis

3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or credit approval
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment methods: T/T, L/C, or as agreed with sales team
• Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed
• Delivery times are estimates and subject to availability
• Buyers are responsible for import permits and customs clearance
• Claims for damage or loss must be made within 7 days of receipt

5. Quality Guarantee

All products meet the specifications stated on the Certificate of Analysis. If a product does not meet specifications, customers may request replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee does not apply to products that have been misused, altered, or stored improperly.

6. Limitation of Liability

MapleChem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our products and documentation remain the property of MapleChem or our suppliers. Customers may not copy, modify, or distribute our technical documentation without prior written consent.

8. Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of use.
